Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all Motel Rocks hangtags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
